Frequently asked questions
What condition are the products in?
All the products we rent are new or as good as new. The products you will receive will be fully functional and in excellent condition. We also sanitise and disinfect every product before delivery.
How are rentals calculated?
There are 3 rental plans and the calculation under each plan is as follows –
Daily plan = Rent per (day) x Number of (days) you rent for
Weekly plan = Rent per (week) x Number of (weeks) you want to rent for
Monthly plan = Rent per (month) x Number of (months) you want to rent for
Rentals are calculated on a prorated basis, which means if you rent for 10 days, the rental charged will be charged at the weekly rate, i.e., weekly rental shown on the website + 3 days rental at the weekly rate.
P.S. Delivery date & Pick-up date is not chargeable
Can I pay on delivery?
Yes, of course, and we don’t take any advance amount.
What is considered as damage?
We know usage will cause some wear & tear to the products. So we do not consider normal wear & tear as damage. But damages like visible cuts, burns, holes, broken hooks, broken zips etc are considered as damage. In case of electronics, a device returned in non-functional state will be considered as a damage.
