Refund Policy

Any request for cancellation of orders once dispatched shall not be entertained.

Gamesngadget provides refund only in case of

Damaged or Faulty Product(s)
Wrong Product(s) delivered which are not as per your order
Cancellation of order before dispatch
All pre-owned games will have a GL symbol warranty stamp on the game disc, refund/replacement will not be provided, in case of any tamper with the stamp ink.

Please allow up to one week for your refund to be processed.
For orders placed through gift certificates, refund would be provided in form of a new gift certificate for the same value.

To return products that are damaged in transit or in case a wrong product is delivered, please contact customer support by email on [email protected] within one working day of delivery. Any return requests later than one working day of delivery will not be entertained.

Postage charges for return of products will not be refunded.

A processing fee of 2.5% excluding taxes will be charged on cancellation of prepaid orders before dispatch. This fee will be waived off in case product cannot be dispatched due to a fault of gamesngadget (example: out of stock products).

Please allow up to two weeks for your refund to be processed.

Please note that postage/courier charges are not refundable.

For items that were not delivered, refund will be processed only on confirmation that the product was not delivered to you and you choose to take a refund and are not interested in any other product.

For orders placed through gift certificates, refund would be provided in form of a new gift certificate for the same value.

Cancellation and Refund Policy for Extended Warranty on Console:
To cancel extended warranty service, please contact customer support by email on [email protected] within 7 working days from the date of purchase. Any cancellation requests later than 7 working days of purchase will not be entertained.

Cancellation of order:
Gamesngadget reserves the right to cancel any order in bulk quantity/third party vendors without any explanation for doing so, under situations where gamesngadget is not able to meet the requirement of the order placed or order so placed/cancelled does not comply with gamesngadget policy. However, we shall duly intimate the concerned person and the applicable refund will be made in a reasonable time.

Extended Warranty Policy for Consoles:
Extended warranty needs to be purchased separately and is not included by default
It does not cover any physical damage, accessories, gaming controllers and consumables like the battery, wires, plastic parts, or any servicing
The extended warranty covers any internal hardware failure of your gaming console
If your gaming console has a failure, we will repair or replace it for you. For Special Edition or Limited Edition Consoles in case we are not able to repair the same, we can only provide a replacement with a non-special edition normal console with the same specifications (hard disk size and model)
Free Pick up and Drop service to repair or replace your gaming console
We guarantee that your gaming console will be repaired or replaced and returned to you in a specified time
For a newly purchased gaming console, it will be repaired or replaced with a pre-owned console of the same model, as per gamesngadget discretion
For a newly purchased gaming console, your extended warranty coverage begins once the first year of your manufacturer`s warranty ends
Warranty Void If Seal is Broken, Tampered or Removed.
